Job summary

Metropolitan Mechanical Contractors, a division of APi Group, is seeking a proactive Preventive Maintenance Account Manager in the St. Cloud area. You will drive growth of PM contracts, build relationships with new customers, and coordinate strategy with MMC leadership.

The role requires 3–5 years in mechanical service sales, strong communication, and ability to deliver compelling proposals. A valid driver’s license and team-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of direct sales and territory development in mechanical service.
• Strong written and oral communication skills required.
• Ability to create and deliver client presentations and respond to questions.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual growth of preventive maintenance contracts and recurring services.
• Contact potential buyers and schedule calls; execute marketing strategies.
• Determine customer needs via site surveys and present solutions.
• Prepare proposals and contribute to pricing of PM agreements.
• Maintain and report on the sales plan; attend monthly sales calls.
• Develop a robust proposal pipeline and nurture customer relationships.
• Support cross-team initiatives within APi Group for your territory.
• Lead customer presentations and learning events; expand relationships.
• Stay informed on MMC pricing, worksheets, and contract terms.
• Collaborate with MMC’s Sales Leader to align priorities.
