Job summary

Energy Transfer is seeking an Associate Specialist to plan and schedule preventative maintenance using SAP Plant Maintenance. You will act as the liaison between maintenance and operations, building weekly technician plans and ensuring efficient work order execution to minimize downtime.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 0–8 years of related work. Mechanical and electrical backgrounds are preferred, with SAP PM experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Mechanical and electrical background preferred for maintenance planning.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and prioritize maintenance work to maximize equipment availability.
• Coordinate with operations, technicians, and supervisors to ensure accurate work orders.
• Load and maintain functional locations and equipment in SAP PM.
• Develop weekly technician schedules and ensure timely completion of PMs and corrective work.
• Monitor backlog and provide regular status reports to management.
