Job summary

Davey Coach Sales in Colorado is seeking a Preventative Maintenance & Aftermarket Sales Coordinator to proactively engage customers, schedule service appointments, and track follow-up to grow preventative maintenance business.

You will collaborate with the Service Department and Aftermarket Sales Representative to provide timely quotes, accurate information, and strong customer communication, with a focus on strengthening relationships and aftermarket revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in a customer or sales role.
• 2 years in a service writer or sales role preferred.
• Highly organized with ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact customers regarding upcoming or recommended preventative maintenance needs.
• Review customer and vehicle information to identify maintenance opportunities.
• Educate customers on maintenance intervals and services.
• Schedule maintenance appointments based on customer needs and service availability.
• Maintain an organized system for tracking contacts, maintenance needs, appointments, and follow-up.
