Job summary

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Human Services, Education, or related field.
• Two years' experience in community work or community-centered mental health awareness and promotion activities preferred.

Requires excellent communication skills and experience working pleasantly and cooperatively with a wide variety of people. Position will have space at assigned medical offices to work with referred patients. Position requires local travel and generally operates during regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be needed to accommodate needs or requests. Post-secondary education in Human Services, Education, or related field required. Two years' experience in community work or community-centered mental health awareness and promotion activities preferred. Up to 10 hours a week
