Qualifications

• Two years' experience in community work or community-centered mental health awareness and promotion activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of an initiative supporting parents and families.
• Promote evidence-based prevention strategies and healthy family dynamics.
• Deliver parent education resources to referred patients.
• Coordinate with assigned medical offices and travel locally as needed.
• Occasional evenings or weekends may be required.
