Dynamic Systems Technology, Inc. (DysTech) is seeking a qualified Prevention Coordinator to support the Louisiana Army National Guard with substance abuse prevention, suicide prevention training, and non-clinical case management.

The role involves hands-on instruction, data tracking, and coordinating with military and community partners in Pineville, LA. The successful candidate will deliver high-impact prevention training, manage risk inventories, and ensure timely reporting while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, Behavioral Science, Public Health, Human Services, or related field.
• 3+ years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, Resiliency programs, or non-clinical case management.
• Strong public speaking and instructional skills with the ability to adapt presentations for diverse military audiences.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience maintaining precise documentation in tracking systems/databases.

Responsibilities

• Train and deliver Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention, and Bystander training for ARNG units.
• Coordinate, facilitate, quality-check Unit Risk Inventory assessments and reporting.
• Manage referred Soldier cases from referral to final disposition and schedule assessments.
• Input records into databases and ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Build relationships with State POCs and community service providers; participate in councils.
