Job summary

Legacy Treatment Services is seeking a capable prevention program specialist to collaborate with schools and community partners in Burlington County, NJ. The role includes planning, implementing, and evaluating prevention services and programs across diverse settings.

The position requires a Bachelor's in Human Services and at least three years in non-profit settings, with experience in evidence-based practices and stakeholder collaboration. Travel within the county is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field.
• At least three years’ experience working in a non-profit, social service environment developing or implementing community-based services or prevention programs.
• Experience implementing evidence-based practice models and related training materials.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing programs in schools and communities.
• Demonstrate the ability to facilitate presentations and prevention programming for audiences of varying sizes.
• Travel throughout Burlington County to coordinate service delivery with schools.
• Provide culturally responsive and trauma-informed prevention services to diverse populations.
