Job summary

The Salvation Army Jamestown Anew Center is seeking a Prevention Education Team Leader to support the Program Director in delivering school-based prevention education, community outreach, and staff training across Chautauqua County. This is a full-time, benefits-eligible role.

The position requires coordinating programs, tracking trainings, providing crisis support, and assisting with fundraising and advocacy while ensuring safety and reporting compliance.

Qualifications

• Must complete sexual assault training to be a certified rape crisis counselor.
• Must have computer/typing skills to complete statistics, maintain case files, and correspond via email communication.
• Able to drive a 12-passenger vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow The Salvation Army Employee Handbook and program policies.
• Develop rape, sexual assault, and domestic violence education and prevention programs for schools and universities in Chautauqua County.
• Coordinate educational programs in the community to raise awareness of DV, rape, and sexual assault prevention measures.
• Attend outreach and speaking engagements as assigned.
• Track training hours for DOH files and assist with DOH reports.
