Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred.
• 1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry and roofing tasks to maintain facilities.
• Document actions, irregularities and needs to maintain continuity across teams.
