Job summary

Circle K is seeking a PM Technician to join our team in the tri-city area of Washington. The role emphasizes maintaining equipment and facilities through troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.

You will document actions, communicate with teams, and contribute to cost-effective maintenance practices. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in maintenance, prefer plumbing/HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3–5 years' experience in maintenance is preferred.
• 1–2 years' experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, and cleaning duties.
• Document actions and communicate needs to teams.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in training as needed.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.
