Job summary

Celtic Property Management is seeking a dependable Preventative Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Westpark in Buckeye, AZ. You’ll inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systems to prevent issues and keep the community safe, functional, and well maintained.

Qualifications

• Previous apartment or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Reliable, proactive and organized with ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and building systems.
• Identify maintenance concerns before costly repairs.
• Replace filters and routine maintenance items.
• Document preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Assist with general maintenance requests as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards.
• Coordinate with Property Manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with emergency maintenance when required.

Are you the type of person who likes to catch a problem before it becomes a bigger one? Celtic Property Management is looking for a dependable, hands-on Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Reserve at Westpark in Buckeye, Arizona.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and scheduled inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, and building systems
• Identify potential maintenance concerns before they become costly repairs
• Replace filters, belts, and other routine maintenance items
• Complete and document preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and service requests as needed
• Help maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to keep the community operating smoothly
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs when required

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and takes ownership of their work. Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance experience is preferred.
