Job summary

Celtic Property Management is seeking a dependable Preventative Maintenance Technician for The Reserve at Westpark in Buckeye, AZ. You will perform routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and other building components, identifying issues before they escalate and supporting the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance preferred.
• Reliable, proactive, organized and takes ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, and building systems.
• Identify maintenance concerns before costly repairs.
• Replace filters, belts, and other routine items.
• Complete and document preventive maintenance tasks and inspections.
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and service requests as needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition.
• Follow safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Collaborate with Property Manager and maintenance team to keep the community operating smoothly.
• Assist with emergency maintenance as required.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine and scheduled inspections of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, equipment, and building systems
• Identify potential maintenance concerns before they become costly repairs
• Replace filters, belts, and other routine maintenance items
• Complete and document preventative maintenance tasks and inspections
• Assist with general maintenance repairs and service requests as needed
• Help maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition
• Follow company safety procedures and maintenance standards
• Work closely with the Property Manager and maintenance team to keep the community operating smoothly
• Assist with emergency maintenance needs when required

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, proactive, organized, and takes ownership of their work. Previous apartment maintenance, facilities maintenance, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance experience is preferred.
