Job summary

Celtic Property Management – Coral Gardens in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to manage resident work orders, perform plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, HVAC, drywall, and painting, and assist with make-ready units.

You will conduct preventative maintenance, inspect property conditions, and respond to emergencies. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork with the Community Manager.

Qualifications

• Reliable, hardworking, organized, and takes ownership of their work.
• Previous apartment or multifamily maintenance experience is preferred.
• General knowledge or experience in plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, drywall and painting, and general building and property maintenance; apartment turns and make-ready work.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident work orders accurately and timely.
• Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and basic HVAC.
• Assist with apartment turns and make-ready units.
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine property inspections.
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and identify needed repairs.
• Maintain property grounds, common areas, tools, and equipment.
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs and participate in the on-call rotation as required.
• Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
• Provide professional and courteous service to residents.
• Work closely with the Community Manager and maintenance team to keep Coral Gardens looking and operating its best.
