Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3-5 years experience in maintenance field or more preferred.
• 1-2 years experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record and be insurable as a driver.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently.
• Highly organized and work well under pressure/deadlines with the ability to multi-task.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance.
• Maintain facilities with light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting tasks.
• Document and communicate actions, irregularities and ongoing needs to ensure continuity of work teams.
• Participate in training for existing and new equipment and enforce program policies and procedures.
• Contribute to team effort by achieving financial and key results per company plan.
