Job summary

Circle K is seeking a PM Technician in the tri-city area of Washington to maintain equipment and facilities through preventative maintenance and timely repairs. The role requires strong organization, the ability to work independently, and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have 3–5 years in maintenance, 1–2 years in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration, and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in maintenance field.
• 1-2 years in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Must be computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain facilities with light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing and lighting.
• Document actions and communicate needs to teams.
• Participate in training for existing and new equipment.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed.
