• 3-5 years experience in the maintenance field.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, use tools, and lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, cleans and maintains gasoline-related equipment; provides preventive maintenance; tests leak detectors and product lines.
• Facilitates repairs by contacting service vendors for materials.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Maintains cash registers, money order machines and safes by troubleshooting repairs and reprogramming equipment.
• Documents actions, irregularities and continuing needs to keep teams aligned.
• Maintains HVAC systems by installing, repairing and servicing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems.
• Keeps equipment, systems and building ready for use by completing preventive maintenance schedules and repairing components.
• Maintains gas pumps by changing nozzles, hoses, splashguards, and filters and display boards.
• Diagnoses and repairs equipment such as walk-in coolers, freezers, refrigerators and beverage fountains.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
