Job summary

LAZ Parking is seeking a Maintanance Technician at Westfield UTC in La Jolla, CA. The position is part-time with shifts from 7am–3:30pm, 11:30am–8pm, and 2:30pm–11pm, including weekends.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, daily machine upkeep, curb painting, and light data entry. The candidate must have basic computer skills and reliable transportation to move between two locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to use power tools and have maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Regular and punctual attendance is paramount to this position.
• Consult in daily preventative maintenance.
• Daily maintenance of machines and painting of curbs and other misc work.
• Must be able to use power tools and have maintenance experience.
• Communicate politely that the lot is for patrons only.
• Report concerns to supervisor in case of emergency.
• Be in LAZ Parking uniform, on time, and ready to work when scheduled.
• Work with and without supervision and follow supervisor directions.
