Job summary

LAZ Parking seeks a Maintenance Technician to keep on-street parking equipment in good working order. You will inspect and repair gates and pay stations, verify schedules, maintain parts inventory, and report safety concerns daily.

A valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or GED, and 2+ years in a maintenance/technical role are required. We offer a generous benefits package including 401(k) with Employer Match, health options, and life/disability coverage.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years in a maintenance or technical role.
• Parking industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Check and repair parking gates and pay stations daily.
• Verify system operations, paper supply, and clock accuracy.
• Maintain inventory of parts and equipment.
• Report safety conditions related to equipment.
• Perform housekeeping and route walks to identify issues.
• Paint meter poles and equipment as needed.
• Other related duties as assigned.
