Job summary

LAZ Parking is hiring a Maintenance Technician to back up and support the maintenance team across New York/New Jersey garages. The role blends hands-on maintenance with customer service while following safety and operational standards.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, reporting safety conditions, handling work orders, and helping manage supplies. Lifting up to 50 pounds and a flexible schedule are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years related maintenance experience preferred.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license and 2+ years road experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions and work orders.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Follow Company SOPs and policies regarding professionalism and grooming.
• Note and report any safety condition relating to equipment or workplace.
• Analyze and resolve problems; assist co-workers with issues.
• Process and carry out maintenance work orders as requested.
• Report all completed/uncompleted work to Operations Manager daily.
• Assist with keeping an accurate inventory of supplies and equipment.
