The Properties at Wright Field in Dayton, OH is looking to hire afull-time preventative maintenance technicianto work at our residential community. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

As a preventative maintenance technician, you are responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community. You adhere to the preventative maintenance (PM) schedule while performing the (PM) checklist, maintain accurate and up to date records, and communicate effectively with team members to resolve issues timely.

You demonstrate attention to detail by maintaining inventory, performing all repairs, and replacing equipment that is no longer efficient. You are safety conscious by testing functionality of all appliances and equipment, inspecting leaks and drywall deficiencies, and identifying health and safety concerns.

In this role, you have a meaningful impact on the quality of life for our residents and their families. By providing excellent customer service, you are a friendly and courteous presence for our residents. You communicate effectively with your team and our residents, always maintaining a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from gaining work experience while providing excellent services to our residents!
