Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to manage routine maintenance across 20 stores in a designated region. The role covers two locations per night, with work occurring during a night shift and duties to report repairs via Service Channel.

The PM Technician will lead the team, coordinate PM tasks, and maintain parts stock to ensure equipment remains operable. The home store is Orlando, FL, and candidates should have a strong driving record and related PM experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Good driving record.
• Complete understanding of the pm process for food, beverage, dessert, and HVAC/R.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4 hours of PM tasks per store at two locations per night.
• Maintain a stock of inventory PM parts and order replacements as needed via picklist.
• Act as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
• Serve as primary driver of the crew vehicle; the Pressure Washing Technician is the secondary driver.
• Assist the Pressure Washing Technician with minor repairs to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintain stock and install wear parts to keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain stock of pretreatment chemicals.

Job description

The Preventative Maintenance Technician (PMT) is responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep on 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of pm tasks at two locations per night. The PM Technician is also responsible for reporting any equipment repairs needed via Service Channel.

The home store for this position is based at 6803 Conway Rd, Orlando, FL 32812.

What You'll Do

• Complete 4 hours of pm tasks per store at two store locations per night. Tasks will be dictated based on an annual schedule of PM.
• Maintain a stock of inventory pm parts and order replacements as needed via picklist.
• Act as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
• Serve as the primary driver of the crew vehicle, the Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver.
• Aid the Pressure Washing Technician if minor repairs are needed to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintain stock and install normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
