Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to service 20 stores in a designated region, performing PM tasks at two locations per night and reporting repairs via Service Channel. The PMT will lead the Pressure Washing and Facility Detail Technician roles and will drive the crew vehicle as the primary driver.

Shift is 8pm–4am Sunday to Thursday with a good driving record and 2+ years' experience; must understand PM processes for food/beverage, desert, and HVAC/R.

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description: The Preventative Maintenance Technician (PMT) is responsible for the routine maintenance and upkeep on 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for a wide variety of pm tasks at two locations per night. The PM Technician is also responsible for reporting any equipment repairs needed via Service Channel. is located at 3405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30044

What You'll Do:

• Complete 4 hours of pm tasks per store at two store locations per night.
• Tasks will be dictated based on an annual schedule of PM.
• Maintain a stock of inventory pm parts and orders replacements as needed via picklist.
• Act as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
• Serve as the primary driver of the crew vehicle, the Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver.
• Aid the Pressure Washing Technician if minor repairs are needed to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintain stock and installs normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.

Responsibilities:

• Acts as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician.
• Serves as the primary driver of the crew vehicle, the Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver.
• Perform detailed restroom cleaning including the use of an interior pressure washer.
• Perform temperature and operation checks on specific equipment.
• Aids the Pressure Washing Technician if minor repairs are needed to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintains stock and installs normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Orders and maintains a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
• Acts as the backup for the PMT position in their absence.
• Follow all RaceTrac Safety policies and guidelines.
• Ability to lift 50Ibs or more on a regular basis.

Physical Expectations:

• Lifting/Carrying: Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, frequently up to 75 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move 75-100 pounds.
• Push/Pull: Ability to push/pull with up to 100 pounds of force occasionally.
