Job summary

RaceTrac Petroleum, Inc. is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to service 20 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region, performing routine PM tasks at two locations per night.

The PMT will report inventory needs, lead two techs for site upkeep, and drive the crew vehicle as primary driver. Additional duties include coordinating supplies and minor repairs to keep equipment running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Shift 8pm–4am Sunday to Thursday.
• Maintain a good driving record.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Understand PM processes for food, beverage, desert, and HVAC/R.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 hours of pm tasks per store at two locations per night.
• Tasks will be dictated based on an annual schedule of PM.
• Maintain a stock of inventory pm parts and order replacements as needed via picklist.
• Act as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
• Serve as the primary driver of the crew vehicle; the Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver.
• Aid the Pressure Washing Technician if minor repairs are needed to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintain stock and install normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
