Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Preventative Maintenance Technician to manage preventative maintenance across multiple RaceTrac stores in a designated region, including two locations per night. The PMT reports repairs via Service Channel and oversees related equipment upkeep at Lawrenceville-area stores.

The role requires 8 PM to 4 AM shifts, Sunday through Thursday, with a strong emphasis on safety, routing PM tasks, and inventory management. A valid driving record and PM/HVAC knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Good driving record.
• Complete understanding of the pm process for food, beverage, desert, and HVAC/R.

Responsibilities

• Complete 4 hours of pm tasks per store at two store locations per night.
• Maintain a stock of inventory pm parts and orders replacements as needed.
• Act as the team lead for Pressure Washing Technician and Facility Detail Technician.
• Serve as the primary driver of the crew vehicle; the Pressure Washing Technician will be the secondary driver.
• Aid the Pressure Washing Technician for minor repairs to pressure washing equipment.
• Maintain stock and installs normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.
