Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to service 25 RaceTrac stores in a designated region, with the home store in Marietta, GA. The role covers pressure washing high traffic areas at two locations per night and coordinating ad hoc washes as time allows.

Responsibilities include operating a hot water pressure washer, treating stained areas, and reporting outdoor lighting issues. Opportunities exist to support maintenance and ensure safety of customers and fuel dispensers while

Qualifications

• Must have a good driving record.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.
• Able to operate and maintain a hot water pressure washer.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash sidewalk and front parking areas for two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser before washing.
• Operate and maintain company-provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, customer vehicles, and safety during washing activities.
• Maintain stock and replace wear parts to keep equipment operable.
• Order and maintain stock of pretreatment chemicals.

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description:

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region. This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting Ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel. The home store for this position is based at 2466 Delk Road Marietta, GA 30067

What You’ll Do:

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing
• Operate and maintain company provided hot water pressure washer
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals

What We’re Looking For:

• 4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am Sunday - Thursday
• Good driving record
• 2+ years work experience preferred
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance
