Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Pressure Washing Technician to maintain the appearance and safety of multiple RaceTrac stores. You will pressure wash two locations per night, treat stained areas, and operate a hot water pressure washer while reporting issues through Service Channel. The home store is listed as 3405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, GA.

Qualifications

• Good driving record.
• 2+ years work experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of small engine and pump maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Completely pressure washes the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company-provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Protect fuel dispensers, customers' vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities.
• Maintain stock and install normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Order and maintain a stock of pretreatment chemicals.

RaceTrac Company Overview Job Description

The Pressure Washing Technician is responsible for the maintenance and appearance of 25 RaceTrac convenience stores in a designated region.

This individual is responsible for pressure washing the high traffic areas of two locations per night and conducting ad hoc washes as time allows. The Pressure Washing Technician is also responsible for reporting any outdoor lighting maintenance or repairs needed via Service Channel. The home store for this position is based at 3405 Sugarloaf Parkway, Lawrenceville, Georgia 30044.

What You’ll Do

• Completely pressure wash the sidewalk and front parking places of two store locations per night.
• Treat stained areas with chemical degreaser prior to washing.
• Operate and maintain company-provided hot water pressure washer.
• Wash the underside of fuel canopies as directed by the RSM.
• Wash other requested structures on site as directed by the RSM.
• Responsible for the protection of fuel dispensers, customer’s vehicles, and customer safety as related to the washing activities.
• Responsible for maintaining stock and installing normal wear parts that keep washing equipment operable.
• Responsible for ordering and maintaining a stock of pretreatment chemicals.

4pm to 12am OR 8pm to 4am Sunday - Thursday.
