Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Preventative Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and coordinate our preventative maintenance program. This vital role ensures the integrity and efficiency of all mechanical systems and equipment, maintaining the property in excellent condition and providing an exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and schedule the preventative maintenance team to ensure timely and thorough completion of routine tasks across all resort facilities.
2. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public spaces, and back-of-house areas to proactively identify and address maintenance needs.
3. Collaborate with the Engineering Manager to develop, implement, and improve preventative maintenance plans and procedures.
4. Ensure all maintenance work complies with Omni Hotels & Resorts’ safety and quality standards.
5. Train and mentor maintenance staff to foster a high-performance, safety-conscious work environment.
6. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
7. Coordinate with other departments to minimize disruptions and support smooth resort operations.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a hospitality or commercial setting; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• EPA Universal Certification and/or other relevant technical certifications are a plus.
