Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting in the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, focusing on integrating and maintaining automated machinery and equipment. The Maintenance Technician supports routine and preventative maintenance of all equipment, including automated systems, and general facility upkeep. The ideal candidate is well-rounded, with experience in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, automation systems, and general facility maintenance. A team player driven by pride in work and fostering positive coworker interactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform duties safely, following company policies and work rules.
• Conduct minor repairs in building systems, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and painting, including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Assist in construction, routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of all equipment, including automated machinery.
• Maintain inventory of repair supplies and equipment.
• Complete work orders promptly.
• Develop knowledge of facility equipment, including automation systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Perform additional maintenance tasks as needed.
• Foster a positive work environment with a proactive attitude.
• Research and adapt new methods and automation technologies to improve operations.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, and automation systems.
• Proficient with hand and power tools.
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently or in teams.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Compliance with company policies and legal regulations is mandatory.
• Minimum age of 21 and approved for cannabis industry work badges.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and other physical activities.
