Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 2 years of certified payroll experience or equivalent.
• Construction or related industry experience preferred.
• Knowledge of certified payroll policies and processes.

Responsibilities

• Support prevailing wage compliance on projects and assist with audits.
• Monitor subcontractor reporting to ensure compliance with DBRA and other laws.
• Validate apprenticeship programs and submit required documents.
• Conduct subcontractor audits and address findings.
• Oversee payroll submissions and ensure accuracy of records.
