Job summary

Flaherty & Collins Construction is seeking a Certified Payroll & Prevailing Wage Specialist to ensure payroll compliance on public and private projects. You will prepare weekly reports, review wage determinations, and support project teams with payroll documentation.

The role requires detail orientation, strong organizational skills, and experience with certified payroll processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Viewpoint or LCPtracker are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with certified payroll reporting and prevailing wage compliance.
• Familiarity with Davis-Bacon Act requirements and wage determinations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit weekly certified payroll reports for applicable projects.
• Review contracts to identify certified payroll and wage requirements.
• Maintain certified payroll records and supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll audits and information requests.
