Job summary

Auntie Anne’s in Las Vegas, NV is hiring Team Members to deliver friendly service and assist with baking pretzels. You’ll join a fast-paced, guest-focused team in a busy retail bakery environment.

No prior experience is required as paid training is provided and opportunities to move into leadership roles exist. Flexible scheduling supports 20–40 hours per week, with uniforms provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Flexible availability (weeknights, weekends, and holidays)
• TB clearance required (if applicable by location)
• 0–1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
• Comfortable working in warm and cold environments (ovens, prep areas, walk-ins)
• Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems
• Ability to taste test products for quality
• Strong teamwork and customer service skills
• Food handler certification (current or ability to obtain within 30 days)
• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service
• Prepare, bake, and serve Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards
• Operate registers and handle cash accurately
• Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized
• Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines
