• Act as judicial designee in formulating recommendations for release eligibility, sanctions, and detention.
• Release defendants from custody based on court-ordered conditions.
• Document all interactions and update case management assessments.
• Oversee supervision contracts and protocol based on program policies.
• Verify defendant’s needs and develop treatment referrals.
• Determine eligibility for specialty court programs.
• Provide case management services based on release conditions.
• Maintain alcohol and drug screening protocols and equipment.
• Collaborate with treatment providers and monitor compliance reports.
• Notify court of defendant’s compliance to recommend actions.
• Participate in court proceedings and agency meetings.
• Provide treatment information options to judges and providers.
• Monitor compliance using electronic monitoring technology.
• Perform site visits to monitor program compliance.
