Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of related experience may substitute for education.
• Three years’ experience in criminal justice, social services, probation, corrections or related field.
• Knowledge of court-ordered programs, sanctions, and release procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prerelease and pre-adjudication background investigations.
• Formulate release and case management plans based on statutes, rules, and history.
• Supervise compliance with court-ordered programs and conditions of release.
• Provide treatment options and referrals; monitor electronic monitoring and drug testing.
• Document interactions and prepare reports for the Court.
• Collaborate with treatment providers and court partners.
• Monitor defendant compliance and notify the court with findings.
