Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, social science, or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience in criminal justice, case management, or pretrial work preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Interview felony and misdemeanor defendants to verify residence, ties, and history for bail decisions.
• Supervise defendants in Pretrial Release and monitor compliance with court conditions.
• Maintain and review electronic monitoring and data in NCIC/CCIC and JIS databases.
• Coordinate referrals from courts and probation for electronic monitoring and community service.
• Prepare written reports and attend hearings to clarify client information for the court.
• Maintain monthly statistics and assist with program reporting.
