Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social science, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in criminal justice, case management or pretrial preferred.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Supervise defendants on Pretrial Release to ensure court appearance and compliance with bonds.
• Interview defendants to verify residence, ties, employment, and prior criminal history for bail considerations.
• Coordinate with courts, attorneys, probation, and other agencies for electronic monitoring and program referrals.
• Manage caseloads for in-home detention and the Douglas County Additional Programs.
• Enter and maintain bond and supervision data; prepare monthly & quarterly reports.
