• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service field.
• Experience writing/developing correspondence with internal and external entities (patients, customers, vendors).
• Proficiency in computer software applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Patient Access Services to Clinical and Non-Clinical Departments.
• Coordinate clinical visits and procedures.
• Triage patient inquiries and manage pre-visit activities.
• Communicate with other clinical sites and manage communications between clinical teams.
