Job summary

Puig in New York is seeking a Media Coordinator, Prestige Marketing to support the execution and operational excellence of integrated media campaigns for our prestige fragrance portfolio, including Carolina Herrera, Rabanne, and Jean Paul Gaultier.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, creators, retailers, and media networks to ensure campaigns run smoothly from briefing to reporting. This role blends luxury marketing, media, creator engagement, and consumer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Communications, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years in media, marketing, advertising, communications, or related fields; relevant internship experience welcomed
• Strong interest in media, creator marketing, luxury brands, emerging digital platforms, and consumer engagement
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in Spanish or French is a plus

Responsibilities

• Join a collaborative team of media and advocacy professionals, reporting to the Senior Manager, Media & Advocacy
• Partner cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, PR, Influencer, E-Retail, DTC, and Creative teams
• Assist in development and coordination of national media, retail media, and creator marketing briefs
• Manage and organize campaign assets, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
• Support campaign reporting by transforming performance data into presentations and insights
• Manage workflows for influencer, advocate, agency, and vendor activations
• Provide on-site support for brand events, media activations, and VIP engagements
• Help streamline team operations with efficient workflows and meeting recaps
• Support budget management including POs, invoicing, and reconciliation
• Monitor industry trends to inform future opportunities and best practices
