• Proven retail experience preferably in cosmetics or luxury brands.
• Strong ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Experience in coaching/mentoring staff to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and perform cash reconciliation.
• Provide exceptional customer service to meet sales and service targets.
• Mentor and coach sales team to drive performance and standards.
