The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional customer service at the Seattle location.

You will showcase coaching and mentoring skills to drive sales, handle opening/closing duties, and perform cash reconciliation while facilitating a welcoming, luxury retail experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience in cosmetics and luxury brands.
• Ability to provide inspirational, personalized customer service.
• Experience coaching/mentoring team members to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach the sales team for exceptional service and targets.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation and cash-handling duties.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule and ensure smooth operations.
