The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Seattle. You will lead the sales team, deliver personalized customer service, and handle start/end of day cash reconciliation on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Desirable experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring to hit sales and service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational customer service and hit sales targets.
• Carry out cash reconciliation and handle opening/closing duties on a rota.
