Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category (color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance) by engaging guests and recommending products while following company policies. The role supports the Sales Manager and focuses on service, guest experience, and compliance.

A passion for beauty and strong guest service skills are essential. The position requires expertise in prestige products, excellent communication, and the ability to work flexible hours

Qualifications

High school diploma is preferred.
Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Contribute to meeting store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty and omni-channel sales.
Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, personalizing service, and informing guests of promotions and events.
Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
Book appointments and support the execution of services and in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
Maintain store standards including cleanliness and replenishment.
