Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for prestige sales and loyalty programs.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, recommend products.
• Courteously handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and demonstrations.
• Book appointments and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about trends and product ingredients to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt attendance.
