Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Los Angeles is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize prestige category sales by engaging guests, assessing needs, and guiding selections of cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance while upholding Ulta’s standards. You will perform makeup applications, support in-store events, replenish fixtures, and uphold service and store policies.

Requirements include a high school diploma (Cosmetology license where required by state), 1 year of related experience, and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred and cosmetology license where required by state.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Passion for prestige products and guest service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales in prestige cosmetics, skincare and fragrance by engaging guests.
• Greet guests, assess needs, recommend products, and inform about promotions and services.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis for guests.
• Book and support services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Maintain store standards, replenishment, and product displays.
• Stay informed on trends and product knowledge; uphold policies and dress code.
• Maintain regular attendance and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
