Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and tailoring recommendations. You will perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations while supporting store events and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications include a high school diploma (cosmetology license where required), 1 year of relevant experience, and strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license where required by state law.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion and significant competency for prestige product, guest service, and selling.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations with guests.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
• Maintain replenishment, test testers, and keep the prestige area clean and organized.
• Share information about the loyalty program and app to guests on the floor.
