Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in the prestige category by engaging guests to determine needs and assist in selecting prestige cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance.

The role supports the Sales Manager with guest service, events, and brand goals while maintaining store standards and compliance. Responsibilities include makeup applications, product demonstrations, and staying current on industry trends and product benefits to better serve guests.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
• Passion for beauty industry and guest service
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed store goals in retail and service sales for prestige category and premium brands.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, and recommend products and services.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
