Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Prestige Beauty Advisor to maximize sales in color cosmetics, skincare, and fragrance by engaging guests and assisting with product selections. You will support the Sales Manager with service, guest experience, and in-store events while maintaining store standards.

The role requires passion for beauty, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate product knowledge. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
• Passion for prestige products and guest service
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Strong communication and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales in the prestige category.
• Greet guests, understand their needs, and personalize service with recommendations.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive prestige sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and uphold store standards.
