Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Cosmetology, esthetician or demonstrator’s license as required by state law.
• Experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s goals related to retail and service sales.
• Greet and engage every guest, provide personalized service, and inform guests of promotions and events.
• Routinely perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products and services to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and store standards.
