The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in Smithfield, NC.

You will coach and mentor a sales team to deliver inspirational, personalized service while managing cash reconciliations and opening/closing duties on a rotating schedule. Ideal candidates bring retail experience in cosmetics, a passion for high-quality customer interactions, and the ability to drive sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics is preferred.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash handling and opening/closing store responsibilities desirable.
• Previous supervisory/mentoring experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Open and close the store on a rotating schedule.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and related duties.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
