Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer service. You will coach the sales team, model the behaviors needed to drive targets, handle cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing the store on a rota basis.

Ambitious self-starters with retail experience, especially in cosmetics, are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team for inspirational customer service and target achievement.
• Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis and support smooth store operations.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily running of the store.
