Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the store.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service and meet sales targets. You will also manage cash reconciliation and have responsibility for opening and closing the store on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Flair for retail and cash handling.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
